FastCipher can cipher/decipher any file, using a 16 digits password for Windows Systems

 FastCipher can cipher/decipher any file, using a 16 digits password.
 Its use is very convenient :
 - Locate your file (or files) with the File Explorer
 - Right click on its name and chose 'Cipher' or 'Decipher'
 - Type-in your password

 FastCipher uses the ciphering method AES/Rijndael

 FastCipher runs under Windows 95-98-XP-NT-Vista-Seven
