HotServiceHotService, a Cocoa Input Manager bundle, activates the shortcuts for all Mac OS X services, such as WordService, CalcService, or the DEVONthink service, immediately after launching Cocoa applications. HotService 2.0 also moves the Services menu to the top level of the menu bar, next to the Window menu. Note: This Services menu is only visible in true Cocoa applications, such as TextEdit, Mail, or our commercial applications.

HotService does not work any more on Mac OS X 10.5 and higher as Mac OS X 10.5 disables all Input Managers.
