Simple Alarm Clock wakes a computer from standby/hibernation to play an alarm

Quote
Purpose

The Simple Alarm Clock wakes a computer from standby/hibernation to play an alarm consisting of a file or website. It was meant to be very simple and backwards compatible all the way to Windows 98/NT 4.0

Requirements

    * Windows 98,ME,NT (4.0),2000,XP, or Vista
    * Internet Explorer 4.0 or greater (used for date control)

Notes

    * You should set the alarm about two minutes earlier than you would like to wake, as your computer has to take time to wake up.
    * Adjusts for Daylight savings time (So if you set it for 9:00 AM daylight savings time you will wake up at 9:00AM adjusted for daylight savings time)
