Paradocks allows you to easily switch between applications from your Menu Bar!

Paradocks is basically the reincarnation of the Classic application launcher found on OS 9. It does not replace the Dock but rather enhances some of its features.  Works only on OS X 10.4 or later.

Paradocks creates a floating window in the menu bar containing the icons of all currently running applications, and allows you to easily switch between applications by clicking the icons.

You can also recall a popup menu with a keyboard shortcut.
