MagicWars (MW) is a Magic The Gathering based game implemented using Java technologies that can be played via internet. At the moment it also has Scripting Engine so you can create your own cards and basic AI to play versus Computer.

Version in SVN: 1.3.4.1, 1221 cards

It can be played with Hamachi, even if you create server behind NAT.
