Due to issues with the game engine, Between Heaven and Hell has been found to run at varying frame rates, primarily on machines with pre-Windows XP operating systems. This can cause the cutscenes to get out of sync. Following the instructions on the screen that appears before the main titles will help to deal with this issue.
