Easy SFTP for Windows ¶
Swish adds support for SFTP to Windows Explorer so you can access your files on another computer securely via SSH.
Swish is easy to use because it integrates seamlessly with Windows Explorer so working with remote files feels just like working with the ones on your local computer.
We believe Swish is a better option for typical Windows users than other SFTP clients because it is so easy to use. Download it now and decide for yourself.
Getting Started Swish is a Windows Explorer
extension so you don't need to open a separate program to use it:
Windows Vista & Windows 7 Open Computer. Double-click on the Swish icon. Click the Add SFTP Connection button. Complete the details in the dialogue and click OK. You should see a new connection appear in the Windows Explorer window which you can double-click to access. Windows 98/2000/XP Open My Computer. Double-click on the Swish icon. Select Tools from the menu bar and then Add SFTP Connection. Complete the details in the dialogue and click OK. You should see a new connection appear in the Windows Explorer window which you can double-click to access. The server may prompt you for a password or you can use public key authentication
via the Pageant key agent.
Current status: alpha Alpha status means that Swish is still missing several features and not everything will work perfectly.
