    For those using Imagine Picture Viewer < 2.2.1   There was a bug in these versions of Imagine Picture Viewer that caused Automatic Update and Upload feature (in version 2.2.0) to fail in certain conditions. Users of these versions are requested to update the software by downloading it from the Download page.
Or even they can do the following:
 Goto Start Menu > All Programs > New Dreams Software > Imagine Picture Viewer
 Without opening a picture, goto Help > Check for update (Make sure you are connected to internet)
 and the job is done.
